I highly recommend this orthodontic practice. We have graduated two of our oldest children through treatment with Dr. Reynolds and are currently being treating by Dr. Stoner this round with our youngest. Impeccable care and service all the way through. From the front desk to the treatment chair, you are greeted enthusiastically with a smile from the staff and doctors. Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Stoner are very knowledgeable and use high tech imaging to present treatment plans and take their time answering every question I have. I feel confident under their care, and our children have all loved going for visits. We are pleased with the progress and end result that each child has had with orthodontic treatment. The staff has been very accommodating to our busy sports schedules and also follow ups. Getting us in before and after school when needed. I'm always eager to share them as a recommendation as each and every time, I continue to hear about how great of an experience that my friends & family have had. Besides their professionalism, their office loves our community well. Contributing to local schools and charities that are near and dear to us all. Exceptional folks!!!

I have known Dr Reynolds and his team for 17 years now. I am a dental assistant, so I have seen the GORGEOUS results of great orthodontics by both Dr Reynolds and Stoner on so many of my patients. When it was time for my son to get braces, I knew that this office and this TEAM would take wonderful and thorough care of my son. One of the best things I love about this office is the way they give back to the community. Every team member has the heart of a servant! They're pretty great. I've always been a gap toothed scallywag with a penchant for giant tounge tied tally talk. But what ended up happening is I stumbled upon reynolds and stoner. I would rate 1000 stars if I could ! Backstory : I gained full permanent custody of my niece from out of state and in doing so I had absolutely no Help with her financially. Nothing from the state , nothing from her bio parents absolutely on my own with everything. When she was in foster care , the county she was in had a program where they paid for her braces , when she transferred that stopped so I was on my own. I spent weeks looking for a place to take her as a transfer so they wouldn’t remove her current braces and have her start completely over. I finally stumbled across Reynolds & Stoner Orthodontics and let me tell you the blessing it’s been ! They have worked with me every single step Of the way from everything to helping work with my schedule to working with a payment plan ! They have been a HUGE blessing. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Stoner and the staff! Thank you again !

I have two boys with Dr. Reynolds. I just finished with one child and start with the second one. You all know how expensive braces are but I am very grateful to have found this practice! They have supported us throughout the whole financial process. Deigh, have been wonderful and helped me out a lot. Always very professional and were able to accommodate my complicated schedule with four children. I have no issues with Reynolds. Very responsive through calls and text. Usually my wait time is minimal and they are very flexible when needing to reschedule. The workers seem to get along well and the mood is always fun and engaging. I was a candidate for Invisalign and went that route. My teeth wasn’t to bad so I may not be in there as much as others but it’s always been pleasant.The young lady who works on me is very nice.

Dr. Reynolds is so kind and really listens to my children’s concerns to individualize the patients care. I’m an older adult and wore braces as a young adult. When I finished braces at that time, I realized that my jaw was clicking but there was no pain. Over the next 40 years, I experienced clicking along with facial symmetry changing on the tmj side. However the game changed and I’ve been experiencing migraines over the last 10 years. Having braces again was not in my plans, but I had tried everything available to treat the migraines. I’ve been in Invisalign for about a year and seeing improvement. My bite and face symmetry have greatly improved. Best of all, my headaches are beginning to improve as well. I’m very pleased with the treatment and suggestions Dr. Reynolds has offered to help with my pain.

I’m almost done with my third child going through Dr. Reynolds’s office and the braces process. The service has been outstanding and it has been a painless process. Dr. Reynolds, and his fabulous staff, has always been kind and helpful. They are happy to anwser questions, accommodate my hectic schedule when choosing appointment times, and the financial coordinator Deligh makes the insurance process a breeze. I can only wish that all health care providers were as customer oriented at the Reynolds’s team. Thank you for a wonderful experience of years of appointments spread across three kids! My kids teeth are beautiful!!!

We always have a wonderful experience at Reynolds Orthodontics. It doesn’t matter which location the warmth and love are consistent. We are ALWAYS greeted with smiles and a familiarity that ensures that we are more than patients. The entire staff is phenomenal and Dr. Reynolds and Deigh are an absolute Godsend. We were referred to 2 other local orthodontist but my heart was driven to return here for my son’s care. We have been apart of the Reynolds’ family for over 10 years and we would not have it any other way. I started and completed my journey in GBO and my son is starting now at the Summerfield location. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I chose Dr. Reynolds for my Invisalign after consulting with three other orthodontists in Greensboro. I was so impressed with him, his entire staff, and the thoroughness of their business practice. Not only did he take preliminary photos and x-rays, he was also kind enough to share them with another ortho I had a consultation with! Incredible. I am so glad I chose Dr. Reynolds' practice. It has been over a year now and not once have I had an unpleasant experience. I have now brought my young daughter who will be getting braces in the next year or two. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds!
